- Highlight the spot color you want to define, and click Edit button. This opens the "Edit Spot Channel Replacement" dialog (Figure 2).
- In the [Spot Type] drop-down box, select the [Color Space] you are using.
- In the [Color Data] section, enter the values for your spot color by either using the slider bars or typing the values into the respective fields. A sample of your spot color appears to the left.
- Click [OK].
NOTE: If the [Auto-replace Spot Colors] checkbox in the PS/PDF Separations of the PS/PDF tree is left unchecked, the defined colors in the "Spot Channel Replacement" dialog is not referenced.
